About Hannah Harrison

My focus is on consulting with companies to organize and manage their payroll, human resources, benefits and bookkeeping or "back office" functions in order to streamline processing more efficiently, which saves them money. This also can reduce company liability by working towards creating compliancy. I have held diverse roles ranging from payroll and HR administration to new business coordination and accounting. My forte is to identify the needs of a company and seek to find business-focused solutions that not only resolve the immediate issue, but provide long-term solutions as well. My many years of experience in office management and accounting/bookkeeping give me insight into business needs and my proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and other software products give me the tools with which to deliver practical solutions. I have authored many fundamental business policies and procedures that are in use by Align360 (a subsidiary of Renaissance Worldwide, Inc.), a Fortune 500 company. I can work with established processes, vendors and equipment or procure them for the company based on its needs. By doing this, the owner and staff's time is freed to focus on customer satisfaction and retention along with creating more revenue producing projects.
