From behind the bar, to the more intimate setting of behavioral health case management, I began my venture toward growth in the understanding of all persons as they relate to social functioning. In my experience working with youth at-risk of out of home placement, I understand the significance of collaboration with a team for quality multidisciplinary care. From assistance of community partners, court systems, mental health providers, and family members, to collaboration with colleagues, I value and promote the continuance of education and teamwork.
