About Hannah Hoag

I am a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Michigan. I am currently an Inpatient Medical and Rehabilitation/ Float RN on a unit that specializes in the rehabilitation of strokes and traumatic brain injuries(among other debilitating diagnoses) that promotes gaining independence back to integrate to normalcy within the community again. I have found a passion for teaching the young minds of nursing students in their medical/surgical rotation for both Mid Michigan College and Alma College in addition to my Full-Time floor nurse position at the hospital. Previously, I took some time away from the hospital setting to work as an Infection Preventionist Nurse Manager at a skilled nursing facility/short term rehab center. At this facility, I obtained my Infection Preventionist and Antibiotic Stewardship certifications, as well as obtaining my certification in Skin, Wound, Ostomy.
