I currently hold a senior position within JSM Building Solutions Ltd, recently being promoted to office manager. My current role has enabled me to demonstrate my ability to effectively communicate with a number of different companies and people of different trades. I have been able to confidently network and ensure that all customers are satisfied with the services we deliver. I have overall responsibility of our reactive helpdesk and quickly identify any issues and ensure they are resolved with a pragmatic approach. I have effectively demonstrated the ability to work both part of a team and with autonomy ensuring that all company procedures are implemented within the team. In addition to this I also manage budgets with various clients, always ensuring the highest level of service is received and the client receives all their documentation in a timely manner. In turn this allows me to have oversight of the companies profits and enables me to have oversight of every job from beginning to end.I am ambitious and strive to further develop within my career and the ability to link theory to practice. My ambition to succeed has been demonstrated by my determination to learn a range of new skills, knowledge, and experience. I enjoy seeking out and excelling at new challenges both within my professional and personal life.
