About Hannah Kane

As a Cabin Manager at easyJet, I oversee the safety and security of passengers and crew on board, as well as the delivery of excellent customer service. I have a BSc in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Ulster University, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in the travel and tourism industry. I have been working as a cabin crew member for easyJet for over five years, starting as a flight attendant and progressing to a cabin manager role. I have developed strong competencies in flight safety, aviation security, emergency procedures, crew resource management, and communication. I am passionate about providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable travel experience for customers, and I am always looking for ways to improve my performance and learn new skills. I am proud to be part of a team that shares the same mission, vision, and values of easyJet, and that strives to be the best low-cost airline in Europe.
