About Hannah Kepner

Passionate about people + culture. I used to think HR was a dirty word, but in my experience have found that I am happiest when contributing to the cultural wellbeing of a workplace. My proudest professional accomplishments have been as project lead in writing the employee handbook for a young startup and working to create/ improve onboarding processes in my two most recent roles. More recently, I've gained valuable experience in both event planning and employee appreciation gifts. I love making the magic happen. Beyond my professional life, I'm a strong advocate for work-life balance. I'm an avid rock climber, long-distance hiker, and fiber artist. I firmly believe that to do you best work, you have to show up as your best self.
