About Hannah Leu

I am a Registered Dietitian with both the College of Dietitians of Ontario and The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. During my career, I have achieved the specialty certifications of Certified Specialist in Pediatrics and Certified Nutrition Support Specialist. I currently am working with the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Program at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC, where I specialize in treating children and young adults with various cancers and blood disorders through optimizing PO, enteral, and parenteral nutrition support. I am cross-trained in many pediatric subspecialties, as well as adult nutrition. My long term goal is to obtain a Masters in Public Health to further pursue my education and expand my knowledge on how to better optimize health for all. Previously, I was a dietetic intern at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. I graduated from The Ohio State University (May 2014) where I majored in Human Nutrition, Dietetics, with a minor in Sociology. During college I was a student intern at Senator Sherrod Brown's office, where I was able to pursue my passion for both nutrition and nutrition policy.
