About Hannah McKinney

I’m quick-thinking, determined, and unapologetically no-nonsense. I don’t just like solving problems — I thrive on them. Whether it's a messy business challenge or someone stuck at a career crossroads, I bring a mix of analytical thinking, practical tools (hello, CAPM), and a grounded perspective that comes from juggling a full plate: work, home life, and a side hustle. I’ve got an MBA that gave me fresh insight into how businesses run, and I’m always looking for smarter, more creative ways to tackle challenges. Yes, I run an Etsy shop. Yes, I live with five furry friends and a husband who always has ten side projects going. And yes, I still make time to unwind with Friends or The Office — because balance matters. If you’re looking for fluff, I’m not it. If you need someone who gets things done and keeps it real — I’m your person. hmckinney@pegstaff.com - Achiever • Significance • Strategic • Learner • Relator
