About Hannah Mora

I am a physical therapist and healthcare leader who is passionate about encouraging the right care, for the right patient, at the right time. I value early intervention of therapy services in all settings. I am an advocate for hospital-wide mobility promotion from an interdisciplinary care perspective, in which safe patient mobility is the driver to reduce length of stay, hospital acquired weakness, utilization of post-acute services, pressure injuries, and delirium. I believe human first, business second. Connection with patients and team members are paramount to promote key initiatives, work toward goals, and establish trust. In my current role, I oversee outpatient and inpatient therapy services in a community based hospital system. I enjoy the challenge of working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with physician, nursing, and case management colleagues on quality improvement projects.
