Recruitment has been my living and passion for ten years. Joining Creative Resource after a post-university period of deliberation, I fell in love with the industry. Be it interacting with interesting agencies and companies to find them the perfect match, or helping candidates to find a job that will change their lives and boost their confidence - I enjoy it all and find it very rewarding. I recruit at every level from graduates through to senior positions and thoroughly enjoy helping some of the best business names in the creative industry shape their teams with impressive talent. Taking a holistic approach to recruitment is really important to me. The journey for both candidates and clients is a point of pride for where I am concerned, and this is demonstrated via my LinkedIn recommendations. I'm known for gently fighting a candidate's corner.
