North Range Behavioral Health has attributed to my knowledge in event planning and scheduling details. Facilitating program classes and learning how to work with families of every circumstance in a professional manner. Working with State Farm allowed me to continuously learn computer software and technology skills. Including microsoft office, excel spreadsheets and various company programs. Some responsibilities include billing services, insurance/underwriting knowledge, titling laws and completing legal documents. Taking incoming customer calls and making outgoing calls to resolve customer concerns, as well as contacting legal parties and third party vendors to resolve each problem when necessary. Issuing settlement funds and reviewing medical information for each customer in a timely manner. I implemented various new workflows to assist with processing and hosted several large company training sessions on the new procedures. I worked directly with my manager in company event scheduling. Including retirement, holiday and employee appreciation functions. I would schedule the vendors, catering and venues. I would also assist with scheduling my managers travel necessities. Plane tickets, hotels and transportation for business travel. Platte Youth Services center, as a YSS1, is an extremely fast paced environment that requires vast amounts of dedication to safety, legal requirements and extensive knowledge of state and federal laws. It requires up to date certifications in counseling, motivational interviewing and first aid/CPR. It also requires current law enforcement certifications. I have completed the Corrections Academy and I am certified in PSI. I am proficient in creating legal documents, including violation or incident reports that are created for court hearings, adding additional sentencing for charges when necessary. Continuously keeping up to date logs on each youth for legal trial processing and federal records
