About Hannah Niesen
Through my education at Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), I have developed strong skills in SOLIDWORKS. I use this software daily to complete coursework, as well as in my free time to expand my knowledge of the program. In addition, I have developed programing skills using MATLAB and Arduino-C. I also have experience in Ansys through coursework involving the finite element method. My most recent course load included a class in vibration control. As I am a senior, I started my senior design project this year. My senior design team was tasked with reducing the vibrations produced by the Milwaukee Tool M18 Fuel Jigsaw. Solidworks and MATLAB models of this tool were created in order to analyze the systems acceleration with minimal amounts of error. It was verified by experimental data.
