About Hannah Quinn

After two years with an undecided major at University of Colorado at Colorado SpringsI transferred to Colorado State University and declared my major in Hospitality Management. I knew i wanted to be in the hospitality industry because I have always felt a sense of accomplishment from serving others and problem solving. I am highly organized, detail oriented, have great time management, sense of urgency, I take initiative and adapt to change quickly, and have effective and attentive speaking and listening skills that will bring great ideas and success to the Hospitality industry. After graduating with my Bachelor's degree, Spring 2021, I plan on working my through the hotel industry in the Hospitality industry. My goal in the industry is to be in a position where I can best utilize my customer service skills to improve the company and strive for growth. One of my inspirations behind this passion is I want to make a difference in the industry and make peoples lives a little bit easier. When my family goes to hotels we are always greeted with amazing customer service that makes us feel warmed and welcomed in a new and sometimes uncomfortable environment. I want to be a part of the industry that eases peoples unease. I hope to take the knowledge I have learned at school to make an impact on how hotels operate and attend to guests and make guests want to return because of the stellar service given.
