About Hannah Read

I work across arts and wellness marketing, crafting thoughtful content and campaigns that connect people to creativity, community, and nature. With a background in film, photography, and design, my work blends strong visual storytelling with intuitive strategy. I’ve supported arts organisations, wellness brands, and nature-based initiatives - always with a focus on telling real stories from the heart that move people. At HOME in Manchester, I work within the Marketing & Communications team, supporting content creation, building webpages, and developing newsletters to profile what's happening across Theatre, Film & Cinema, as well as the work of the Creative Engagement & Artist Development teams. In the past, I’ve created content for surf retreats in Morocco, worked with young people on expressive art exhibitions, and collaborated with mission-led businesses to shape their online presence. I’ve also hosted women’s circles and creative workshops, offering space for reflection, connection, and expression. Whether online or in person, I love bringing people together in intentional, uplifting ways -blending art, movement, voice, and community. Whether I’m behind a camera, designing a carousel post, or mapping out a strategy, I bring creativity, care, and a grounded sense of purpose to everything I do. In my personal time, you’ll often find me walking in nature, identifying plants, making art, dancing, or reading with a pot of tea close by.
