My approach blends over 20 years of experience in learning and development, 10 years of business growth. all with a personal mission to guide women through their entrepreneurial journeys to grow a business on their own terms. In the UK country music space, I wear multiple hats that all aim to uplift and support the industry. As the presenter of the country music show on Express FM, I spotlight independent artists, sharing their music and stories to foster broader recognition. I also founded Country on The Coast Festival, a vibrant event that not only bring country music to Portsmouth and showcases talent but also serves as a pivotal networking hub for artists to connect and collaborate. Beyond these platforms, I am deeply committed to providing business support to these artists, helping them navigate the intricacies of the music industry as a business, ensuring they not only grow in their craft but also in their entrepreneurial ventures. My involvement in the local community extends to serving as a Non-Executive Board Member for a community interest company in Portsmouth, Pamodzi Creatives, where I contribute to celebrating the achievements of inspirational women through the annual Inspirational Women of Portsmouth Awards Event held at the Guildhall. I regularly share my expertise and experiences through speaking engagements at prominent events and appearances on various podcasts, providing actionable insights to help women entrepreneurs overcome obstacles and thrive in their businesses. Driven by a deep belief in the power of community, passion, and strategic growth, I am eager to connect with fellow professionals who are looking to enhance their entrepreneurial journeys or share a love for country music and community development.
