As a Provider Relationship Manager at Healthmap Solutions, I leveraged my communication and presentation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and promote the value of our kidney health management solutions. I have a passion for improving the quality of life and outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease, and I am always eager to learn new ways to enhance our services and impact. Before joining Healthmap Solutions I worked at Miller Vein, a leading vein care clinic, where I held various roles including the Director of Communications, Contact Center Manager, and Physician Liaison. I contributed to the growth and success of the clinic by implementing quality assurance metrics, creating a comprehensive training manual, managing social media and online advertising, and establishing connections with local physicians and community partners. I also supported the strategic decisions and daily operations of the clinic, working closely with the CEO, Director of Operations, and Director of IT. I enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative environment, where I can bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the team and help achieve our shared goals.
