About Hannah Saunders

I'm an accredited executive and leadership coach with 20+ years' corporate leadership experience spanning global business development, content marketing, sales, account management, company launch strategy and execution, coaching and mentoring. A former managing director of an Omnicom-owned content marketing agency, I launched and ran Cedar Hong Kong, having led the winning pitch for Cathay Pacific. On my return to the UK in 2018 to have my son, I did my coach training with Barefoot. I'm ICF-accredited and will soon complete my Postgraduate Certificate in Executive and Personal coaching from the University of Chester. I've worked with a wide range of blue-chip clients, from finance to tech to FMCG, airline and travel. Curious and charismatic, I partner with coaching clients to explore the ‘what if’s’?’, to get to the ‘what’s really possible?’, in order to deliver enhanced commercial awareness and measurably better outcomes. I do my best work when coaching ambitious executives who have a goal or direction in mind but need some support to achieve it. I'm a big fan of coach and thought-leader, Julie Starr, and her observation,'As a coach, you win when someone else does', pretty much sums up how I feel about coaching. Uncovering blind spots, reframing limiting beliefs and plotting a course to overcome roadblocks are part of the joy of coaching for me and my sessions are a mix of holding space, reflection, challenge and practical actions to keep my clients driving forward and achieving their goals. With pitching seemingly in my DNA thanks to my business development background, coaching for confidence, presenting and pitch coaching are also specialisms I can offer to individuals or groups.
