About Hannah Schalk

I am a compassionate and experienced administrator working directly with our consultants and marketing department. I am a motivated and inspiring team leader with excellent communication skills, high quality of work and organization abilities. I utilize my extensive background in business administration and marketing, combined with my strong interpersonal skills and desire to assist people to help our franchise thrive. I began working in the administrative area of the healthcare industry while in college. Once graduating, I continued to work in the healthcare industry for an additional 3 years until the COVID pandemic began to affect the state of Arkansas. With the stress of the environment increasing in the healthcare industry, I decided to take a step back and began my work as an onboarding specialist at JB Hunt. I am very grateful for my time spent at JB Hunt, however, I decided to pursue a career in the hospitality sector. In March of 2021, I began my hospitality career as the assistant general manager for the Courtyard by Marriott Fayetteville. After working as the AGM for 6 months, I was promoted to the director of sales. I enjoyed working in hospitality and thrived in my position until I left the industry in July of 2022 to relocate to Texas. In August of 2022, I began assisting in opening 7 Brew franchise locations across the Fort Worth area. I specialized in Human Resources and direct all things Marketing for the franchise. The goal for the franchise is to open twenty 7 Brew locations by the year 2027. Due to downsizing of the franchise, I left my position in May 2024. As of June 2024, I have been working as the sales and marketing administrator for the consulting firm, Exit Factor. We specialize in business growth for small to medium size businesses, and assist the client in getting their business ready for a successful exit.
