About Hannah Sherwin

I am a senior corporate real estate adviser with 15 years+ experience helping corporate occupiers use real estate to support their business objectives. I originally specialised in Strategic Consulting & Portfolio Strategy but as flexibility & agility became an occupier priority, flexible space became a particular area of interest for me. Simultaneously; the flexible space market evolved rapidly to respond to occupier demand and this rapid evolution led to an immature and opaque landscape. I joined the JLL Global Flex Team to lead strategic flex advisory for the EMEA region; helping clients navigate ever-changing flexible space opportunities that can support their evolving employee & business needs. With the Covid Pandemic putting Hybrid working firmly on the C-Suite Agenda; flexible space and all the opportunities (and pitfalls) it presents to support new ways of working has never been more a more interesting prospect. Prior to my current role; several years spent on secondment with clients gave me direct insight into the challenges faced by occupiers, and reinforced the need for a real estate advisor to fully understand and embrace the business and cultural priorities of their client.
