About Hannah Sims

When I was an undeclared major my freshman year of college, the career aptitude test I took told me my top careers were social worker or bartender. Seriously! I took a social work course and quickly fell in love with the profession. The saying that "systems are perfectly designed to get the results they get" blew my 19-year-old mind. I was intent on having a career that made systems better. I get the most energy by bringing people together to work towards a common goal. My two degrees in social work have equipped me to be a clear communicator, team player and change agent. My professional experiences have taught me that best practices, in all sectors, should be informed by data and the experiences of the people doing the ground work.Whether I am managing a new project or coordinating a camping trip with my friends, I guarantee you that there will be spreadsheets involved. I'm a strategic, process-oriented, thinker who is passionate about people and organizational cultures.
