With a solid background in Software Engineering from the University of Calgary, and a strong focus on cybersecurity, I thrive at the intersection of development and security. My experience in building robust software systems has allowed me to specialize in both front-end and back-end technologies, creating seamless user experiences while ensuring system security. This passion for cybersecurity led me to join the CTWIL (Cybersecurity Training and Work Integrated Learning) program with the ICTC-CTIC, where I’ve honed my skills in protecting systems and data from emerging cyber threats. Alongside my work in software engineering, I’ve earned several industry-recognized certifications to strengthen my expertise. These include CompTIA's Security+, Network+, and A+, as well as Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals, AI-900: Azure AI Fundamentals, and SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. These credentials have enhanced my understanding of cloud technologies, networks, and AI, while reinforcing my dedication to security best practices in every project I undertake. With a continuous drive to learn and grow, I am passionate about applying my technical skills in full-stack development and cybersecurity to create secure, innovative solutions that protect and empower organizations in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
