I am a highly passionate and committed individual, who has extensive experience in personal training, developing personalised fitness and nutritional plans and supporting and fostering close professional relationships, seeking an opportunity that utilises my fitness and nutrition experience as well as being customer facing.Working in both commercial and independent training facilities has given me a wealth of experience with working with large groups of people as well as specialist 1-2-1 appointments. Whilst working in a commercial facility i delivered high energy and entertaining classes such as spin, HIIT circuits, Kettlebells and leg, bums & tums. Group exercise was a huge part of my position, and thrived on delivering classes with my personal touch with themed playlists. I enjoy getting involved with my classes and often work out alongside members, we are all in this together!Working in independent facilities allowed me to focus more on the personal training side and less on groups exercise and sales side. Working with clients on a 1-2-1 basis and in small groups. I have a methodical approach when working with clients, taking into account ability, mobility, posture, balance and any issues they may have but more importantly injury prevention.My approach is very traditional and my foundation is built on techniques and methods that have been used for many years.I have spent years as a professional chef and completed 1 years study at University of Derby Buxton, studying professional culinary arts. I made the decision to gain more experience by completing a year long internship in New York and Orlando, upon my return i changed my major and went on to complete a Ba(Hons) in Applied food & Nutrition at the University College Birmingham. Combining my years of working in the culinary arts and hospitality industry with my love and passion for health and nutrition, allowed me to offer a tailored and specialised service to my clients.
