About Hannah Vasquez

Studying Human Biology and receiving a certificate in Esthetics has provided me with a strong foundation in skincare science and practice; allowing me to see how anatomy and physiology are tied into all things beauty. I am a licensed esthetician in Illinois and Michigan, and I have over ten years of experience in the beauty industry. Currently, I am a Sales and Service Leader at a top performing, lower volume Sephora located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There, I help drive metrics by finding new ways to incentivize and motivate our team, staying consistent in coaching our beauty advisors, and calling out celebrations and focus points every hour based on our updated metrics and analytics. I am also a licensed leader; performing services alongside our licensed beauty advisors and developing their skill sets to ensure our service clients leave happy and return to our location for future services; helping to consistently meet our goals. I work harmoniously with our other SSL to assist exempt leadership in updating the district on our collective performance weekly, figuring out daily floor coverage, and strategizing events that drive sales and foster flourishing relationships with our brand partners. I am passionate about sharing and teaching others about the products that I use and trust, and I have a knack for motivating and selling. Putting the picture together for people when it comes to tying together ingredients, formulations, anatomy & physiology, and your skin concerns is what I live for; watching that lightbulb turn on for someone is priceless, and I love to be the one to flip that switch. I hope to advance my skill set and continue moving up in the retail side of the beauty industry, partnering my ability to sell and lead a team of high performing advisors, with my knowledge of the industry and esthetics to move myself and my company forward.
