I am a UX researcher committed to building user-centered products through discovery research to summative usability testing, collaborating with designers, product management, engineering, and executive teams. After working in marketing and operations, I bring a holistic business perspective. I can start with a small question and build a structured research plan and approach while maintaining the flexibility to adjust to new findings. Whatever the context I thrive at mapping the fundamental user needs and product requirements.
