About Hannah Vick

Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of working in the SaaS restaurant tech space. Helping restaurants grow and adopt technology is something I'm passionate about. I enjoy working with restaurateurs, understanding their unique needs, and helping them surpass their goals. Using technology to doesn't have to be scary or overwhelming! As a Project Manager at Olo, I oversee projects of various sizes. Working directly with brands to ensure their needs are met, expectations are exceeded, and all integrations are implemented correctly and on schedule. I have a long history of building relationships with brands as the former Director of Marketing & Customer Success. Having been apart of a startup environment, I wore a lot of hats and loved it. I was involved in 1:1 conversations with restaurant owners, app setup, marketing apps, and general education about how to use their apps. I was responsible for driving their efficiency, success, and also troubleshooting issues with them. Client success and satisfaction were always a top priority of mine. In addition to helping customers develop marketing strategies for their businesses, I also developed and managed marketing and ad campaigns, webinars, email campaigns, social media accounts and posts, and YouTube content for my previous organization. I am skilled in project management, problem-solving, graphic design, visual design, analytics, customer success/support, user experience, conflict resolution, thinking out of the box, being a team player and critical thinking.
