About Hannah Webb

Hi, I’m Hannah. I am a global program manager with nearly a decade of progressive experience in program leadership, stakeholder relationships, and partner enablement. I currently serve as a Lead Renewables Consultant at Xodus. Before joining the organization, I worked in program management for three leaders in international trade and business development: UK Department for International Trade, Enterprise Ireland, and Maine International Trade Center. My decade of progressive experience in program management makes me an expert at leading global programs, engaging international stakeholders, and building win-win partnerships. My robust global experience affords me a distinct, international perspective that sets me apart from other program managers. I am deeply passionate about employee experience and community building. Much of my work over the last decade has been spent engaging employees, improving workplace culture, and designing and growing communities that foster collaboration and innovation. Oh, fun fact: I used to be a lobstering tour guide. I bring personality and enthusiasm to the programs I design and the cultures I transform.
