About Hannah Webb

My name is Hannah Webb and I am a board certified family nurse practitioner. Behind the title of FNP, is ten rich years of experience. My journey in medicine consists of serving patients of all backgrounds, languages, and cultures. The origin of my nursing career began in the ICU setting. In critical care medicine, it is important to highlight my experience in working in rapidly changing environments, assisting with bedside procedures, and working alongside interdisciplinary care teams; however; one of the most important learned skills I acquired, was the art of communication. A considerable portion of the patients I served could not speak for themselves. Therefore, a majority of my time was spent being an advocate for the family members on behalf of the patient's needs and requests. Whether it was being a part of a "code blue" or advocating a husband's wishes for his wife, I have been exposed to various communications styles that has uniquely equipped me to guide and listen the patients I serve today. For the past 5 years, I have served in the role of Family Nurse Practitioner. I have cared for all ages of 6 months to 99 years. Family Medicine allows me to treat various disease processes. My approach to patient care is centered on collaboration. It is my job to educate and guide the patient, but I am a firm believer that the cure to a lot of illnesses lie within the patient. I am an avid learner with a hunger for living life to the fullest! It is a pleasure to share my experience with others and be a part of the healing process.
