Genuine is the term I use most to describe myself. In my 26+ years of customer service being genuine has been my most useful tool. Having a genuine interest in other people’s happiness is why I've excelled in the customer service industry. From waiting tables in my teens to being the face of Turner Technology in our expanding Western office. I am generous with my time and knowledge. Ready to blaze my own trail if that's what the terrain calls for. Open-minded and not interested in passing judgment, and I'm always interested in getting another perspective. I realize that I might not be for everyone and that's okay. Being self-aware I'm continually trying to be the best version of myself. I know when I’ve accomplished something that matters, it stands on its own merits, regardless of how many people notice or appreciate it.
