About Hannah Williamson

I'm passionate about helping students bridge the gap between college and career—whether through mentorship, meaningful recruitment experiences, or in the classroom. Currently, I lead college relations and recruiting for a nonprofit, where I get to collaborate with universities and support students as they take their next big steps. I’ve had the privilege of speaking to student groups and college classes, and serving as a panelist at institutions like DePaul University, the University of Chicago, and my alma mater, Valparaiso University. My long-term goal? To teach at the college level. I love sparking dialogue, sharing insights, and equipping students with tools they can use far beyond the classroom. I’m also a passionate advocate for neurodivergence and disability inclusion in the workforce. I believe diverse minds and lived experiences make teams stronger, and I strive to create spaces—both professionally and academically—where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to contribute. Whether I’m developing outreach strategies, hosting campus events, or guest speaking, I’m focused on helping students grow, thrive, and see what’s possible.
