I am a dancer, choreographer, aspiring social worker, and advocate for people with disabilities. I am diagnosed with a rare disease, Parsonage-Turner Syndrome with Right Brachial Plexus Neuritis, causing paralysis in my right arm. As a child, I was constantly in and out of the hospital and always provided supportive services to make my experience easier. As I have gotten older, I have realized the impact that these resources and support had on my medical experience. I decided to major in Social Work at Nazareth University to provide the same comfort to others.
