About Hanniz Lam

I build experiences that help founders and CEOs lead better—not just in business, but in life. As the co-founder of Best Events Productions, I’ve spent over a decade designing events that spark connection, learning, and innovation—from the Global Drone Conference to Innovate Tech Show, Horizon Art Fair, and AJHA. Each production reflected my passion for turning ideas into moments that matter. Today, my focus has expanded. I lead founder community growth at The Dune, a hub for entrepreneurs running their businesses with clarity, accountability, and joy. We bring together curated workshops, peer circles, field trips, and investment opportunities—designed for innovative entrepreneurs ready for their next chapter. At the same time, I continue to curate CEO retreats under Best Events Productions. These are not your typical offsites—they’re immersive, restorative experiences where high-performing leaders can slow down, reflect, and realign with their purpose. My mission is simple: To create meaningful spaces—physical and digital—where leaders can grow without burning out. If you’re a founder, investor, or organisation that believes business growth and human wellbeing can go hand in hand, let’s connect.
