Background

About Hans Alblas

I have a strong background in sales management, dealer management, and international growth. With over 30 years of experience in the technical and industrial sector, I have developed and implemented successful commercial strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth and strengthened brand positions. As of July 2025, I am working as Key Account Manager at Almacon Storage Solutions. In my previous role, I was Commercial Manager at VIAVAC Vacuum Lifting, responsible for all commercial activities including direct and international sales, dealer management, machine rental, after-sales, and marketing. Under my leadership, VIAVAC built a strong international market position and developed a successful dealer network. Before that, I served as Commercial Director at LTF Liften, where I led the sales and marketing team and contributed to doubling the company’s revenue within six years, as well as successfully managing a company acquisition and the subsequent sale to KONE. My strength lies in strategic and results-driven thinking, combined with commercial acumen and customer focus. In addition, I excel at translating technical challenges into tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and commercial success.
