I inform and advise clients in person at the counter. This may involve selling and advising health insurance or travel insurance. But I also answer questions about fees, procedures and contributions. I know how to translate the needs of the customer to the personal guidance that CZ offers. In addition to advise customers who visit our service offices, I answer questions by email. It is therefore important that I write smoothly, faultlessly and friendly. Besides the Dutch language, I am also proficient in English. In the function of customer advisor I can expect all kinds of reactions. Complaints, questions, people with violent emotions. Luckily I can deal well with people. I need to know a lot of things both for my consultancy work as my administrative duties. I check financial transactions, subscriptions and transactions. I also process them. I work independently, but I am a member of a team. I have all the certificates and diploma's which are needed for my job.
