Hans (Hung-Hsuan Chen) is now working as an Executive Assistant to CEO at Portico Media and also a project executive at GagaOOLala. Product Marketing and VIP Membership Operation: Prior to joining Portico Media, he served as a VIP Operations Specialist at iQIYI Taiwan, responsible for improving the conversion of user paid orders. During that period, he optimized the ad operation for in-app purchases by data analysis and precise marketing to promote different VIP services for the target users. In addition, he implemented an online promotion project by collaborating with the cross-functional department (content operation, design, advertising, and social media) to expand the VIP user base. All these give me the marketing experience from market planning, target audience setting to promotion execution and data analysis. Market research and business model analysis: Prior to joining iQIYI, he has served as a market research analyst at National Chengchi University, participating in conducting OTT TV consumer market survey and business model analysis. Cross-departmental project management and communication: Prior to joining National Chengchi University, he worked at Chunghwa Telecom as an IPTV product intern in the new media department. He was responsible for cooperating with PM, engineers, and designers to improve the UX and profit model of MOD interactive APP. In the project team, he was able to draw the wireframe, design the APP UI and communicate with cross-department personnel via project management skills. Marketing and User Research: Prior to joining Chunghwa Telecom, he has served as a marketing intern and led the team members to conduct a consumer survey, utilize SPSS statistical analysis and make a marketing plan for pickled cabbage at Digital Opportunity Center in Yunlin. Our proposal won the funding project grant of National Sci-Tech Program and 2 awards in the marketing competition. Sales and Team Leadership: He has been a co-founder and president of AIESEC in YunTech. He was tasked with promoting the AIESEC brand and exchange an internship program to the new campus. The final sales performance was double each year, ranking 3rd out of 16 Taiwan sales teams in 2011.
