I thrive in the middle, right between business and technology and where strategy intersects with tactical implementation. A business person will say I am deeply technical, and a technical person will say I have strong business knowledge. I am a facilitator bringing these different sides together ensuring we are aligned on our goals and needs as well as ensuring we are optimizing the solution we are creating. In a world where technology is outpacing human contact, I remain curious to understand what personal stories lie within the organizations I work with, while creating trust, instilling confidence and building relationships along the way. To get to the true essence of the story I listen carefully to the answers to my questions. Overall, my trademark for the work I do is my passion for delivering exceptional results and my firm belief in teamwork and knowledge sharing. I thrive when given a tough challenge requiring me to get out of my comfort zone and learn new domains, question my assumptions and meet new interesting people.
