I've been working +15 years in several customer services, logistics and inventory management positions. Currently I am working as Team Lead Customer Service for FrieslandCampina, the Milk, Cheese and Butter company. I am an open stable person who is dedicated, accurate with eye for detail and have a high focus on getting things finished to meet the customer expectation. I like to work and lead a team, preferably in an international environment, which I can motivate, steer and coach the team members, to improve and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. My qualifications are to overview all departments and processes which enables me to see opportunities for improvement, work out and maintain procedures, analyze numbers and order flows, organized and structured. In addition I am experienced with SAP, delivery and payment terms and have been working close together with Sales & Marketing as well with Credit and Collections departments. I am a native Dutch speaking person who is fluent in the English and German language. In addition I like to bring up new ideas, take initiatives and do the utmost to reach the goal.
