Highly motivated improvement consultant with about 32 years of working experience, of which the last 18 years in quality and process improvement, most for Medical Devices. Believes that a more structured way-of-working in product development leads to more efficiency, effectiveness, a higher quality-level, safer products and more work-pleasure, by e.g- first time right - eliminating waste (Lean)- continuous improvement (Kaizen)- improvement model (CMMI)- ISO-13485 - incremental development (Evolution, Agile, Scrum) During the years Hans has developed a special way-of-working to motivate people to work on process improving.
