I am a Project Manager with broad experience from more than 15 years within product development in the automotive industry. I have worked as PM for quality projects and for technology integration projects within Volvo group as well as holding a leading role within the SAFe framework and getting an unerstanding for agile product development. I´m a positive person that enjoys working in groups towards common goals. I am structured, analytical and reflective with a good sense of time and an interest for the bigger picture. I am open and curious and enjoy myself when facing and handling abstract tasks and problems. I lead my teams with an including management style and a positive energy and attitude. With experience and personality I handle the external noise and sometimes changing requirements in bigger organisations in a balanced and thought through manner, always with project delivery and team as the main focus. I always focus on fact based and balanced decision making as well as clear and concise communication based on effective use of development tools and methods.
