Oktober 2024 - Nu, ruim 2 jaar na mijn installatie als wethouder, heel veel kennis opgebouwd bij de gemeente Diemen en inmiddels een mooi netwerk in de wereld van lokale overheden. Absoluut geen spijt van de stap die ik heb gezet in 2022 en van plan om dit nog even vol te houden als mij dat is gegund. Werken aan een mooier Diemen is een voorrecht en tegelijkertijd een uitdaging, aangegaan op het gebied van woningbouw, mobiliteit, communicatie en participatie en digitalisering. June 2022 - Sometimes there are moments in your life you have to make interesting choices. About 4 years ago I started an adventure in local politics in my municipality Diemen. This year 2022 our party Ons Diemen has won the elections with a four seat result in the town council. That comes with responsibilities and yesterday I am sworn in as alderman for the coming 4 years. It means that I have to end my career at Rabobank after 45 years and to start immediately in my new function. 2022-june 2022 As announced I have taken a next step in my career. In enterprises like the size of Rabobank change is continuous. This latest change brings me to the position of productmanager / product owner for EndPoint Security and the best Workplace for Developers. So one side of the medal is to protect our workforce and our business, around the globe, against threats and the other side of the medal is to offer talent the best developer workplace to work with at Rabobank. 2019-2022 Still strong as a Service Owner, but with a change in portfolio since the 1st of January 2019. In general responsible for Core Services and Application Services within the same area Base Workplace & Applications. More in detail this is about - Authentication Services, such as Active Directory in a hybrid setup (Cloud and non-Cloud)- Security Services, such as EndPoint and Cloud security and DLP- Mobile Services, especially Microsoft Enterprise Mobile Services (Intune)- File Services-Application Services from a workplace perspective, such as Microsoft SCCM and modern services like Company Business app-stores and also software assetmgmt. 2016-2019 Due to the major organisation change within the Rabobank my career makes a shift from a technology (product) focus to a service focus in the IT Infrastructure department, portfolio Base Workplace & Applications. Within this role responsible for IT Services in the End User area around the globe (Europe, America's and Asia Pacific). In fact an expansion of my former portfolio with workplace application services, EMM services in a larger international playfield.
