About Hans Roos

As a keen Agilest, I enjoy growing teams and the individuals within. Whilst I don’t subscribe to or propose rigid frameworks and methodologies I do believe creating a safe space for growth which encourages experimentation and learning is the key to cultivating excellence. From a technology perspective, I’m primarily experienced in the.Net space, while somehow always looking after teams with mobile projects. I enjoy research and development and creating proof of concepts of new ideas and technologies. I also have experience in more low level development for more academic projects where performance was key. Over the years my experience has ranged from mobile development to creating secure communication tools; academic research projects to enterprise development more recently; working with students to helping my teams achieve their best. All of this made me who I am, a developer with interests growing towards coaching and mentoring teams.
