About Hans Scholtens

As finance executive I make myself acquainted with business processes and build relationships with key people in the company. Because of this I’m able to translate plans and actions into expected financial results and to test for effectiveness and result. I define KPI’s and provide clear measurable results and analyse the outcome, so that timely adjustment and actions can be made. My ambition is to contribute effectively to the success of the company by responding to ongoing developments.I have built up extensive experience in change management in organisations created by mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures. Strategic planning and long term profitability by restructuring are key competences which I acquired in an industrial and project environment.Business ControlFinance & Control professionalFinancial, Planning & Analysis (FP & A)Business Planning & ControlStrategy PlanningScenario planningChange management and integrationRisk managementWorking Capital managementKPI and dashboard developmentProject managementProject ControlCapex and investment planningRestructuring and rationalisationLinking business with Control and FinanceStandard Costing in production environment
