The name HillFive refers to the five levels that an organization goes through in the realization of continuous Performance Improvement. Hans has developed a methodology and an online scan that are described in the successful book Performance Improvement with the subtitle "Unleash the potential in your chain". The online scan provides direct insight into the current level at which the organisation stands related to embedding Continuous Improvement in the daily routine. In addition, a perspective is outlined on how the next level can be reached. In the fifth phase of development, an organization is integrated at process level and cooperates with it's value chain partners. The realization of continuous improvement, together with employees of customers and suppliers has become part of the daily work.
