I have extensive knowledge in building direct- and indirect business/resellers/partner structures with strong growth results. Strong experience in building partnerships with customers around the world in Food retail, Brands, Telco, C.E. and DIY. Supporting and advising them to reduce cost and increase conversion/sales in order to increase their profits. Proven track record in developing multi-cultural teams & change-management with double digit growth. 20+ years of experience with different cultures/behaviour and international market requirements. Fluent in English, Dutch and German language. Strong international experience at leading companies within brands, non brands, FMCG and loss prevention in both B2B and B2C environments. Specialized in general management positions with a strong commercial background. Responsibilities for teams up to 700 FTE’s in concept- and solution selling next to product development for complex DMU’s.
