I am a proteomics specialist by training and gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with the development of more general quantitative LC and LC/MS based methods. During my time at Takeda I was also responsible for the statistical evaluation of various Drug Substance and Drug Product method test results. It was also my task to author the corresponding Justification of Specification Reports and relevant CTD sections in health authority filings. I have extensive experience with Agilent LC and LC/MS systems (controlled via Openlab CDS or MassHunter). For statistical data analysis I routinely used JMP, Minitab, as well as R for cases where data pre-processing was required.
