About Hany Nabil

I’m Hany Nabil. I’m a Lecturer in the Clinical Pharmacy department at Heliopolis University. I had my PhD in pharmacology at Ain Shams University and my masters at the German University in Cairo. I worked as a clinical pharmacist for three years at Dr. Bakhsh Hospital in Jeddah. I’m an American Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and a Good Clinical Practice certificate holder. As per my experience as a Lecturer, I think I’m capable of teaching in lectures, ensuring content, methods of delivery and learning materials meet the defined learning objectives for individual teaching sessions, developing own teaching materials, methods and approaches taking into account established or agreed practices where necessary and supervising the work of students, provide advice on study skills and help them with learning problems. Furthermore, I can seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery and obtaining and analyzing feedback. As per my past experience as a Clinical Pharmacist, I think I’m capable of giving full performance in this vacancy. In short, I think I have the experience of reviewing medical content of pharmaceutical companies’ products whether in marketing aspects in the form of brochures or in medical aspects in the form of updating products medical leaflets & documents. When I worked as a Clinical Pharmacist, I assisted medical staff in selection of treatment plans, in patient counseling and in therapeutic interventions. Moreover, I participated in departmental performance improvements and was a part of pharmaceutical and therapeutics committees. Last but not least, I served as a clinical instructor for pharmacy staff and participated in the construction of Drug information centers and in the manipulation of drug formularies.
