Hao has been the Product Manager, Business Everyday Banking at NAB since March 2020 with responsibility driving the product strategy of the Business Transactional and Deposit products, including product design, planning to product launch of NAB Bookkeeper. Hao has over 10 years banking experience in consumer and business banking. Previously Manager for Small Business Direct and had accountability for leading a team of Small Business Bankers, delivering products and exceptional service to Small Business customers. Combining experience in product management, strategic delivery, leadership with a demonstrated history in Customer Relationship Management, Lending and Sales in the banking sector, as well as knowledge of being a Small Business owner/operator in the hospitality sector, Hao's passion is in finding solutions focused on customer experience and meeting their goals. Skilled in Product Management, Business Banking Products & Services, Commercial Lending & Banking, Credit Risk and Analysis. Strong finance professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) focused in Accounting and Finance / Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Melbourne.
