About Hao Li

Ph.D. with distinction in Mechanical Engineering; M.E. & B.E. with distinction in Refrigeration and Cryogenics with a minor in Industrial Foreign Business.A thermal engineering expert with broad & proven expertise in refrigeration, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid flow, and system controls.I have extensive experiences in the HVAC/R field: developed heat exchangers, evaluate compressor, expansion valve, and refrigerants for residential split systems, commercial packaged systems, and PTAC systems; built environmental psychrometric test chambers and special laboratory devices; proficient with single-stage, two-stage, and variable speed systems.Besides HVAC/R system evaluation, I am experienced with UL/IEC tests of low GWP green refrigerant systems, including R32. I have extensive experiences on numerical simulation of components and systems. I am proficient with simulation tools such as VapCyc, CoilDeigner, System Design Simulator, Evap-Cond, EES, MATLAB, REFPROP, C, and FORTRAN. I am also proficient in Pro-E, SolidWorks, Microsoft Project & Office, AutoCADI published more than 30 journal papers in international journals and have one US patent. I am an active expert reviewer for international academic journals, e.g. Experimental Thermal and Fluid Science, Journal of Fluids Engineering, and International Journal of Heat and Fluid Flow.
