Sure, I enjoy being a sales trainer at a global enterprise software company. But training by itself is usually not enough. Transforming a Sales organization requires top-down Strategy and Storytelling. That’s why I recently began an Executive Certification program at the University of Minnesota, to drive real Strategy and Change Management at our large company and at our resellers. I have found a good fit in the reseller channel- I spent my early career pursuing improvements to engineering collaboration in to mechanical design, simulation and manufacturing software solutions- In the 90s I was expert in CAD data exchange technologies- In the early 00s I wrote a book on real-time and anytime engineering collaboration- In the later 00s I have become expert in the human collaboration processes that are enabled by professional education and knowledge management. Today, the arc of my journey allows me to be a “people person” again, helping management plan our combined transformation to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Business Model.
