About Happy Willhoite

With over 15 years of experience in customer service, my career has been shaped by a passion for helping others, building meaningful connections, and creating positive experiences. From my early roles in customer service to my work in the nonprofit sector, I have been committed to understanding people’s needs and finding ways to serve them effectively. My journey began in 2009, and in 2012, I became a Pharmacy Technician, most recently working with M&S Pharmacy in Nacogdoches, Texas. In 2017, I transitioned to the nonprofit sector, joining Love In the Name of Christ Nacogdoches as Office Manager. In this role, I helped oversee daily operations and support the organization’s mission. In early 2019, I stepped into my current position as Connection Center Coordinator, where I work closely with clients, volunteers, and partner churches and organizations to serve the Nacogdoches community. I oversee program operations and facilitate connections between those in need and those who can help. Additionally, I manage Love INC Storage as the Property Manager, overseeing its operations. Passionate about serving my community, I thrive in roles that allow me to connect people, streamline processes, and foster meaningful relationships.
