About Hapte Kroes

As a Business Unit Manager for Amsterdam & Rotterdam regions, I work on recruiting and supporting a solid team of software test professionals. The core task within the regions is to maintain the right balance between the various interests of our employees, customers and Polteq itself. My experience as a stress management coach, background in (international) sales and being educated in part-time master business administration support me in my role. Working on the visibility of our colleagues and organization in these regions is an important aspect of my work that contributes to the success of Polteq. As a team, through entrepreneurship and innovation, we make the best in the test field accessible and usable for our existing and new customers, so that their software reaches a desirable quality level. We do this with (a combination of) all-round skills, a critical open attitude, training and execution of test assignments.
